What I Do

We help business owners ensure they have the right people, in the right seats, performing at their best and in line with business strategy and business values.

We do this by partnering with the business to provide tailored HR advice, support, contracts, handbooks and policies.  We can either be a fully integrated part of a business to enable the business owner to focus on business growth, or we can support from the sidelines and offer phone and email support to the business owner.

If you already have a HR team in place, we can help you with larger projects that maybe your team don’t have the resource for, such as re-organisations, mass changes to terms and conditions of employment etc.  Or maybe you have a sensitive or confidential issue that you’d rather your own HR team didn’t handle, maybe they report to someone involved, or you want you own team to maintain good relations, so need someone to come in and play ‘bad’ cop.

Who I am Looking For

Businesses who want to grow their business by leveraging their people.  Business sector does not matter, people are people.  However we have a wide variety of business experience; retail, hospitality, agricultural, estate agency, architects, estate management, block management, floristry, bakery, engineering, financial services and much more.
