What I Do

I work with businesses to ensure that the investment they make in IT is returning value.

This may be:

to fix a particular issue (e.g. a system not working properly or a supplier not performing well)
to introduce a new system – either where a current system isn’t delivering, or where a need for something completely new has been identified
to undertake an IT health check – to inform what’s working well & where the IT-related business risks lie; or
to work as a business partner on a longer-term basis, to be the single point of contact for IT across the business, and take responsibility for the full IT platform and suppliers, to enable the leadership team to focus on running and growing the business.

Who I am Looking For

I love to help resolve issues and am motivated by feeling like I am making a difference.

I would love to be introduced to any business that is experiencing one or more of the following:

frustration that one or more IT systems or telephony solutions are not working properly, or as well as they should
have identified a need for a new system, but don’t know where to start or how to go about it
have recently experienced a serious IT failure that has not been fully resolved, or remains a business risk
where there is no one in the business who understands IT and the need for someone to take responsibility for it is becoming apparent.
